CPS HR Consulting seeks a Director of Human Resources. Under broad direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Human Resources performs difficult and complex executive level work in leading the Human Resources Department, and provides key executive leadership as part of the senior leader team; works closely with the CEO and other senior leaders on activities, decisions, and policies to provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the organization; provides human resources policy direction and oversight; develops programs and recommendations; resolves disputes concerning application or interpretation of laws, policies and procedures; and, coordinates HR activities with other departments. Additionally, the Director administers and oversees Workplace Investigations contracted by CPS HR clients. This vacancy is the result of the impending retirement of the current incumbent.
